Tom Hewlett
Chairman of the Board
Tom Hewlett was born in Somerset, KY. He went to grade school in Hazard, KY and graduated from Corbin High School. Tom graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Administration. While working as a Sales Manager for Philip Morris U.S.A. in San Francisco, CA. he earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University. Tom is married to Valerie Walker Hewlett who grew up in Muldraugh, KY. After starting a family, Tom and Valerie jumped at the chance to move back to Kentucky to raise their two sons Paul and Matthew. Tom works for Brandenburg Telephone Company. He is completing his fourteenth year as Marketing Manager. Tom says that being active in the chamber definitely helps grow their business. He supports local businesses professionally and personally and encourages others to do so too. Tom says that buying goods and services locally keeps dollars circulating here at home and creates employment opportunities.
Greg Pawley
Vice Chairman
Greg Pawley was born in Elizabethtown, KY. He graduated from East Hardin High School in 1981. In 1985 he graduated from Bellarmine College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He successfully passed the CPA exam and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987. He worked in a private accounting firm and eventually owned 25% of a local accounting firm named Whelan, Doerr, Pike & Pawley until 1997. In 1997 Pawley began working at The Cecilian Bank as the CFO. He was named CEO of The Cecilian Bank in 2005 and also named President in January, 2011 and continues in that position today.
Greg's community involvement include: Past President of Elizabethtown Rotary Club; Recipient of Rotary's Paul Harris Fellow Award; Past President of Leadership Elizabethtown Alumni; Formerly served on Advisory Council of Big Brother Big Sister; Officer of Knights of Columbus; Past United Way Campaign Chairman and Board Member; Little League Baseball Coach.
Greg is married to Susan Carter Pawley. They have two boys, Brandt and Jackson.
Don Wise

Donald B. Wise, currently serves as the Senior Executive Officer of The Cecilian Bank, Elizabethtown, KY and has held that position since retiring as the bank's CEO in 2004. Don and his wife Jean moved to Elizabethtown in February 1997, he has over 40 years of banking experience including holding the position of President and CEO of The Bank Josephine, Prestonsburg Ky, representing the Kentucky Bankers Association as a director of membership relations, President and C.E.O. of Farmers Bank and Trust Company in Georgetown Kentucky. He is involved with numerous community projects including The Hardin County Regional Farmers Market Foundation and The Vine Grove Bluegrass Festival.
