Luncheon Sponsors

The cost of sponsoring a luncheon is $500 (we will invoice) and provides your company with the following perks:
- Your company logo is included in our Chamber newsletter (which is published in our local newspapers, The News-Enterprise and the Hardin County Independent) as our luncheon sponsor. The luncheon meeting is filmed by our local HCETV and shown on Channel 2 on Comcast.
- Sponsor will have a display table in the main meeting room of the Pritchard Community Center where our luncheon meetings are held. This gives you the opportunity to display your company products and/or services. We also encourage you to have company representatives on hand to greet our members attending the luncheon.
- Our monthly membership luncheons average 350 in attendance. We feel that this program is an excellent means of networking with other business people in the community and also a great way to market your business/service.
- Luncheon sponsor may decorate and place informational items on each of the luncheon tables. Sponsor is requested to provide tablecloths on each of the tables. Tablecloths may be rented from E'town Laundry, Entertaining Elegance, Party Plus or Back Home Catering for the tables. This cost is not included in the $500 sponsor fee. Average is 35 tables no more than 50 depending on how many members attending. Please note in decorating the tables only large confetti is to be used if you are decorating with confetti; if you are using candles, the candles must be encased if you intend to light them, and no use of rice to decorate.
- Sponsor is allotted 3-4 minutes to speak at the luncheon regarding their business/service.
- Sponsor donates a door prize(s) of their choice to give away at the luncheon meeting.

Secondary Sponsor
Guidelines to be a Secondary Sponsor at an Hardin County Chamber of Commerce Luncheon
The Hardin County Chamber of Commerce will now permit secondary sponsors at our monthly Luncheons (with the exception of September which is the United Way of Central KY kick-off). To this time, the chamber has only provided for one sponsor at our luncheon, but beginning October 2009 we will permit secondary sponsors. The rules for Secondary sponsor are listed below:
- A total of four secondary sponsors with up to two of them being nonprofit organizations will be allowed
- Commercial member prepays $175.00
- Nonprofit member prepays $50.00
- Nonprofit members may be secondary sponsors twice during our fiscal year.
- Secondary sponsors may set up one six foot table in the hall between the Oak and Pine rooms or along the back wall of the main meeting room of the Pritchard Community Center where our luncheon meetings are held. This gives you the opportunity to display your company products and/or services. We also encourage you to have company representatives on hand to greet our members attending the luncheon.
- Secondary sponsors will get their company logo included in our Chamber newsletter (which is published in our local newspapers, The News-Enterprise and the Hardin County Independent) as well as the chamber's web page as our secondary sponsor. The luncheon meeting is filmed by Hardin County Educational Channel-TV and replayed on HCEC-TV's Channel 2 courtesy of Brandenburg Telecom, Comcast and Insight.
- Secondary sponsors may not share their table with another entity.
- Secondary sponsors will not get speaking time at podium to address membership during program, but they will be recognized in the announcements at the conclusion of the program.
